An employability expert is qualified to evaluate whether or not someone is employable in today's competitive marketplace, how much that individual is capable of earning, and if rehabilitative training is necessary. In addition, an employability expert can determine whether a plaintiff who is suing his former employer in a discrimination, sexual harassment or wrongful discharge suit has mitigated his damages by performing a diligent job search. When can you use an Employability Expert? An employability expert can be utilized by both the plaintiff and defendant in cases including, but not limited to: age, race, and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, ADA, wrongful discharge, matrimonial, and personal injury.
